A warm welcome in Torquay
From the moment we arrived, Berta and Ed made us feel like part of the family. The breakfast was a delightful surprise, with pre-ordered options that included homemade items, ensuring each morning started with a fresh and hearty meal. Our family room was spacious, allowing us to relax without feeling cramped. The location was another bonus, just a short stroll to the seafront and local attractions.
While parking was certainly a challenge due to tight spacing, the street outside did provide additional options. There were also minor issues with the room door that needed some effort to close properly. these were quickly addressed by the accommodating staff.

Conveniently located near attractions, we enjoyed many local sights. A minor issue was the noise from the nearby road but overall, it did not detract from our experience.

Charming four-poster beds, unique decor and ambiance, efficient service during breakfast
Parking arrangements are frustratingly tight!!! Maneuvering in and out is a challenge due to poor spacing!!! Room amenities could use clearer specifications!!! Stale doggy odor wafted through the common areas—quite off-putting!!!
